Merry Christmas everyone

All of us here at the refuge would like to take this opportunity to say a HUGE "Thank You" and a "Merry Christmas" to all Our Volunteers, Supporters and those that Give out Grants.for without you Maroo Wildlife Refuge would not be where we ...are. From raking up Poo's, cutting up browse, feeding cute and Endangered wildlife, raising funds and helping to rehabilitate our unique Aussie Wildlife please have a safe and happy one.

Quinny has arrived.

And for the girls that looked after this little guy prior to his arrival here at the refuge heeeeere's "Quinny" being fed with a Burston Blue Teat.
If you cant see what he is he is a Brush Tailed Bettong [Woylie].
Late night and early morning feeds Zombieizm bring it on.....

Meet Ivy

I've lost my MUM !. Meet "Ivy" who was found by Dept of Parks and Wildlife officers in the car park of Mitre 10 Manjimup. Now in a safe hand here at the Refuge, sleeping after fluids and ready for the Hotbox and only 100gms. 
How's about getting a gift certificate for a friend for Christmas for her care? Now that's really Caring. She is listed as Threatened here in WA. I do hope that your Grandchildren get to see these wonderful Western Ringtail Possums

Thanks to our Volunteers

Today is a special day "It's Volunteer day"....Jo and I would like to thank "all" our volunteers that help run the Refuge. The early hours and late afternoons, Raking, Cleaning, feeding and cutting up food for the critters we thank you. For driving all these country km's picking up, collecting and dropping off Wildlife a big thank you.
Our Volunteers are a big part and is what makes Maroo Wildlife Refuge such a professional organisation. During our Highs and our Lows it is great to have the support of our Volunteers --did I say we "Thank You Heaps"!!!!
